While building the native Discord flow, we split server access from each agent's channel list. That was deliberate. The server owner can add the bot once, but each agent still gets only the rooms picked for its job. During diagnosis, the two records distinguish authorization failures from subscription mistakes. That shortens recovery and avoids a full reconnect.
