For customers with active paid subscriptions, we're working through the appropriate next steps, including any applicable refunds. We will send email communications directly to customers with further details.

We are working on an agent export tool that will let you download a ZIP archive of your agent data, along with brief instructions for transferring your agents to Manus, Hermes, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other platforms. We will share more details here when it is ready.
