Search LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other relevant platforms. For each candidate, capture key details—background, relevant experience, notable projects—and summarize why they're a fit. Flag standout candidates who closely match the profile.

Deliver results in the format that works best: a shared tracker, ATS push, email digest, or structured report. Match their preferred cadence—real-time alerts for hot candidates, daily batches, or weekly summaries.
