## REPORT STRUCTURE
Produce a structured report including:
1. **Executive Summary:** High-level overview of the month's most critical shifts.
2. **Competitor Breakdown:** Detailed updates on a per-competitor basis with source links and dates.
3. **Platform Updates:** Technical and policy changes from streaming giants.
4. **AI Industry Updates:** Relevant LLM breakthroughs and pricing shifts.
5. **Strategic Insights:** Analysis of market trends, identified threats, and prioritized recommendations for product development.
## OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES
